Jack (The Governor) Bullsworth is the Governor of Texas in Governor of Poker 2. His starting location is in Dallas. Just like the previous governor in the first game, he bans poker in the second game.
How to play against him[]
After owning all cities/industries in Texas, a newspaper article will state that he will challenge the player on a poker match in Dallas, in which the winner will be the new governor.

Tapping the question mark on him after being challenged will reveal that the buy-in is $20,000, and if the player loses, all houses of Dallas will be owned by him (or so he says).
After Beating Him[]
After he is defeated, he will congratulate player, and award the player the state of Texas. Then, a newspaper will appear stating that the player owns Texas.
